Admin Clerk-Partime

Seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Steel Metal Company located in Riverside, CA.

Company Profile

The company is a large, family-owned steel distributor and metal service center. They supply and process steel used in construction, manufacturing, energy, bridges, buildings, stadiums, and other industries.

Admin Clerk-Partime Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 02:00pm )

• Manage incoming calls and perform general data entry tasks.
• Draft and send professional emails as needed.
• Receive training on the company ERP system to accurately input material documentation.

Admin Clerk-Partime Qualifications:

• Previous experience answering phones and providing professional customer service.
• Basic data entry experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate professionally through email and follow up on requests.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems; training will be provided on the company’s ERP system for entering received materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
