Cold Caller for Marketing Agency

Role Overview

• Initiate contact with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Introduce the digital marketing agency's services and value proposition.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in a CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and scheduled meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively over the phone.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to generating leads.
• Resides in or near Albany, NY, United States.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.
• Any educational background is welcome.
