Job Description
We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join our team for a short-term warehouse assignment in Solon, OH. You will be responsible for unloading incoming trailers, safely handling materials, and assisting with warehouse organization. If you enjoy fast-paced physical work and have experience in freight handling, loading/unloading, or general labor, this position is a great fit.
Requirements
- PPE: Steel-toed shoes or boots are required. (All other safety gear will be provided on-site).
- Background & Screening: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a 8-hour shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse loading/unloading, freight handling, or material handling preferred (similar to LTL or freight carrier environments).
- Dependability: solid attendance record and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Manually unload incoming freight and shipments from trailers.
- Move, stage, and organize inventory and materials across the warehouse floor.
- Inspect packages for damage while unloading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational guidelines.
