Lead Concrete Finisher
Job Description
This role serves as the lead concrete finisher and crew lead for concrete finishing projects in the San Antonio area. You will act as the primary foreperson on site, overseeing all aspects of concrete finishing operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring high-quality results that meet commercial and industrial construction standards.

Work Environment
This position is based on active commercial and industrial construction sites in the San Antonio area, where you will work primarily outdoors and in varying weather conditions. The role involves hands-on concrete forming and finishing, frequent interaction with construction crews and other trades, and adherence to OSHA safety standards. Work hours typically follow standard construction schedules, with the potential for overtime depending on project needs. You will use typical concrete finishing tools and equipment, and you are expected to wear appropriate construction attire and personal protective equipment, such as work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility clothing, in line with site safety requirements.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
